Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Fynxo App parent account — and all child profiles and data associated with it — at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To request deletion:

1. Send an email to info@fynxoapp.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Send the email from the address registered to your Fynxo account, and include that email address in the message so we can locate your account.
3. We will confirm your request (we may ask you to verify you are the account holder) and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you confirmation.

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete or de-identify: your parent profile (name, email, password, preferences, including any faith preference); all child profiles (names, usernames, dates of birth, PINs, avatars); learning progress, chores, coins, XP, badges, and streaks; chore proof photos; family messages; saving goals and spending requests; and your device push-notification tokens.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it: payment and subscription transaction records are kept to meet tax, accounting, and audit obligations (typically up to 6 years under Nigerian law), and we may keep a minimal record of your deletion request itself to demonstrate compliance. These records are not used for any other purpose. Routine technical logs are retained only briefly for security and are deleted on a rolling basis.

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. You can delete individual child profiles, chore photos, and messages from within the app, or email us at info@fynxoapp.com to request deletion of specific data (for example, a single child's information or your faith preference) while keeping your account active.
