This page tells you what happens to information about you when you use Fynxo. Your parent or guardian can read it with you. They can find more detail in the full Privacy Policy.

Who looks after your information
Fynxo is a place to learn about money, chores, and other life skills. Fynxo Kiddies Solutions Ltd looks after the information used in the app. Your parent or guardian makes your profile and gives you the code you use to enter it.
What we can see
We keep the name or nickname and avatar on your profile. We record lessons you try, answers and scores, chores, coins, badges, and goals. If you and your parent use family messages, we store those too. If your parent turns on photo proof, a photo you upload for a chore is also saved for a short time.
Why we use it
This helps the app show you lessons, remember your progress, and let your parent see what you have done. Your parent can approve chores and help you use your rewards. The coins and badges are part of the game — they are not real money.
Who else can see it
People allowed into your family account can see some of your activities. The family leaderboard is for your family. Fynxo does not display your profile, family messages, or chore photos to strangers. Companies that help Fynxo store information or run the app may handle some information for Fynxo — they must follow rules about how to use it.
Photos, faith lessons, and AI
Your parent decides if you may use chore photos or faith lessons. Ask before you take a photo. Try not to show your home address, a private document, or another child in it.
Some lesson ideas are made with help from a computer tool called Artificial Intelligence (AI). It can make mistakes, so ask an adult if something seems wrong. Your name, photo, messages, and access code should not be sent to the AI provider.
You can ask for help
Tell your parent or another trusted adult if something in Fynxo worries you. Ask them if you want to see, change, or remove your information. You can also write with them to info@fynxoapp.com.

When information is removed
Your parent can ask to delete your profile. Fynxo will then remove your information unless the law requires a small part to be kept for longer. Chore photos should be removed soon after the chore is checked.
